shimshank is a project im working on, out of fear for the direction the internet is going and out of curiosity for making a website. with there being a few massive organizations with a monopoly over the itnernet and its content, i wanted to make a spot that is mine to share with my friends and loved ones! its always fun to work on a new project, and i implore you to give something like this a try! a diary or a forum or a gallery or an art piece, a website can be a medium for that and more. the world needs more websites made for love and excitement and genuine interest to make up for the ones that aim to be money machines.
